Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items Custom, made-to-order, and pre-ordered items enter production immediately. These purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

How to Request a Cancellation To cancel an eligible order, please email us immediately at sophiaandbellaco@gmail.com with your Order Number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

Company Rights We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
